Rates
Rates for weddings and memorial/Funeral services are not included below.
For concerts, recitals, large meetings, and other events
For events other than worship services, the following rates apply. In special circumstances the fee schedule may be adjusted.
All bookings are to be approved by our Finance & Maintenance Committee. All sanctuary bookings must also be approved by our Session. Events judged to be of benefit to the church community may be exempted from these rates.
Sanctuary:
$150/hour for non-profit organizations (4-hour maximum)
$250/hour for all other organizations (4-hour maximum)
Host: $50 for first 2 hours, then $15 per hour
Custodian: $50
Chancel/Recitals:
$200 for non-profit organizations (2-hour maximum)
Host: $50
Lounge:
$65/hour
If a host is required to open and close the facility: $50 for the first 2 hours, then $15 per hour
Nursery:
$35/hour
If a host is required to open and close the facility: $50 for the first 2 hours, then $15 per hour
Church Hall:
Permission for the use of the Hall must be obtained from the Vancouver Taiwanese Presbyterian Church and the fee will be set by them. Contact information can be obtained from the Church secretary.
DEPOSIT:
Under $250: Payment is due on booking
Over $250: 50% on booking, and the balance due one month before the event
CANCELLATION FEE: 50% of the payment on hand.
