Concerts/other events:
Sanctuary - $150/hr. for non-profit organizations (4 hour maximum)
- $250/hr. for all other organizations (4 hour maximum)
Host - $50 for first 2 hrs., then $15/hr. after
Custodian - $50
Chancel/Recitals:
-- $200 for non-profit organizations (2 hour maximum)
Host -- $50
Lounge: - $65/hr
If Host is required to open/close - $50 for first 2 hrs., then $15/hr. after
Nursery:
$35/hr.
If Host is required to open/close -- $50 for first 2 hrs., then $15/hr. after
Church Hall:
Permission for the use of the Hall must be obtained from the Vancouver Taiwanese Presbyterian Church and the fee will be set by them. Contact information can be obtained from the Church secretary.
- Events judged to be of benefit to the Church commmunity may be exempted from these rates
- In special circumstances the fee schedule may be adjusted.
- All bookings are to be approved by our Finance & Maintenance Committee
DEPOSIT: Under $250 - payment is due on booking
Over $250 - 50% on booking, and balance due one month before event
CANCELLATION FEE: 50% of the payment on hand.
