What a great week! The joint KPC/VTPC Potluck was a resounding success! Many thanks to those who brought food and the group of dedicated people who set up the tables and chairs and did the cleaning up afterward. This great event could not have happened without everyone's efforts. All this was accomplished within a very tight schedule, and military precision comes to mind, except that the military folks would be ordered to do these things whereas our group were very enthusiastic volunteers!! Well Done Everyone. Tamim and Elaha were particularly touched by the acknowledgment of their wedding anniversary.

Postponement of G3 (Games, Giggles & Gab Group)
Due to another event at Crofton, G3 will NOT meet on May 9, but on Thursday, May 23 at the usual time, 2 - 3:30 PM, instead. We have heard that the residents really enjoy the time we spend with them. They would be really disappointed if we were to postpone for a full month.

Excitement is building for our Spring Fair on Saturday, May 18 from 11AM to 3:30PM.
Even at this late date our plans are being adjusted to best accommodate the changing situation.
A huge change – no sandwiches (BOO!!) BBQ'd BURGERS AND HOT DOGS will be sold for lunch instead (YAAAAY!!).
Donations for the Fair continue to arrive. Our event has been widely advertised and we’re hoping for a large attendance. A wide range of items will be available so make sure you bring enough cash so you can take advantage of the bargains. Our balloon artist will be performing on the front lawn from approximately 12:30 to 1:30 and then he will move to the hall area to continue his entertaining.
